Alpenglow Apiaries is a small town honey producer and “bee ranching” company located just east of Kalispell at the base of the Swan Mountains. While many commercial outfitters ship their bees to California every spring for almond pollination, we raise our bees right here in the Flathead Valley year-round.
Our honey is available for purchase year-round. By keeping our bees here full time, you can be sure you’re getting the best raw Montana honey available. If you’re lucky, we might even have some whiskey barrel aged honey available for a unique twist on nature’s sweet treat.
In the spring we also sell “nucs” to our fellow beekeepers. Our stock comes from a deep history of northern, cold climate bees. If you’re interested in getting bees, please feel free to reach out to us!
